Now only 8ta has deducted R 1248 - months late

Why only now 8ta deducts money from me? On the 15th? I only get my salary on the 20th? I have compaint last year via Hello Peter and then only then 8ta communicated with me. I asked 8ta last year if I can pay the money they say I owe them cash or to pay it into their account. They did not accept it and gave me no options. Today suddenly without my permission a debitorder went through. Why now? I do not have enough money in my account for the rest of the month? Who gave 8ta the permission to send a debitorder through now? I do not recommend 8ta to any one I only experienced bad service without any communication from them.
