I cancelled my data bundle contract telephonically on 4 September 2012. I spoke to Paulina at approximately 16:05, who confirmed repeatedly that my contract was cancelled & that no future costs would be incurred upon my person. My debit order was cancelled and I have received NO further communication from them. NOTHING.

On 13 February 2013, I received a sms notification from Burnard Raaff &., stating that I'd been handed over. After waiting for 30min, I finally managed to speak to Vodacom representative, Slorizel, with the call ending at 15:31. At first she couldn't even find my I.D. number on their system and eventually said that she'd "advise" her team leader, Isaac, on the matter. I demanded to speak to Isaac (he called at 15:55), who assured me that my name & credit reputation would be cleared.

I emphatically insist on the following:
1. Written confirmation of cancelled contract with Vodacom
2. Written confirmation that Burnard Raaf & . have cancelled my "case" at no cost to myself
3. Written confirmation from a credit check agent that my credit listing is clear, at no cost to myself
4. Written apology from a suitable Vodacom representative
