VODACOM BLACKLISTED THE WRONG TABLET

On Monday our house was broken into and my Galaxy tab 10.1 was. Me and my husband has the same one on contract with VODACOM but the contracts are on my brother-in-law's name. He phoned you on Tuesday after I received the case nr. to request the blocking and blacklisting of the tablet which was confirmed via sms: "Your request to Blacklist with IMEI 35926204165940 was successful. Your ITC reference number is 13359251. Vodacom." My hubby work in the DRC and returned yesterday to SA to assist me with this tragedy only to realize his tablet is not working. He went to the Vodacom shop in Randfontein this morning and the lady confirmed that the wrong one was blacklisted! She also admits that this happens regularly since the staff do not check against the cell nr, but takes the 1st product on the list and block it!! Worst of all we are now told to get my brother-in-law to complete forms to reverse the blocking AND THIS WILL TAKE 3 WEEKS TO CORRECT!!! UNACCEPTABLE SINCE THIS IS YOUR MISTAKE!!! My husband is going back to the Congo next week and this is our only means of communications. This needs to be sorted out before then!!! I've been through enough trauma, stress and emotions!
