Cell C
Blacklist ITC numbe

I have gone to a Cell C branch to have my phone blacklisted, i filled in the necessary forms and it has been sent to the blacklisting department, I phoned customer care to find out if my request was received, which they confirmed that it had been received. The lady informed me she can't assist me and that i need to wait for the blacklisting department to sms me the ITC number.

I just want to know how long it will take to receive it as i have received my vodacom ITC number within 2 hours.
