Still never received my refund from vodacom

I had a problem with Vodacom as they over debited my account and i uploaded a complain @hellopeter and they responded gave me explanations i don't understand and promised an incomplete refund and i told them they must go back and check properly couse i know what due to me and they should look cafully and process my refund which was on Monday and since then no one called me back or even respond to my emails which is so inconvenience for a company to not have a proper structure of assisting people.
