Resyncing lines doesn't solve everything

For the last couple of days, ive been attempting to have afrihost check why the exchange says i have a slower connection than i purchased. Every single time, be it via support email, call center or their online magic button, all they do is resync my line, at times they step it up2 a notch and ask that i reset my router. This is a struggle to have afrihost actually look into my situation rather than the highspeed, -friendly-smile-resync-next- approach.

Afrihost when not dealing with partly unique problems is still one of the best companies ive encountered.
However their method of communication is so impersonal and non-human its almost creepy. The copy paste response is aggravating since you know some one read it, but instead of input, they copy paste and fill my name in somewhere and a 3subject or something. Either way can somebody from afrihost offer some real client support please.

and just to check if this is read, please in reply to this tell me the sequence of numbers left in the paragraphs.
