I called in to enquire about a contract cancellation on the number 0821958, I spoke to Mfana who was not helpful at all. I needed information as to when my last debit order will be deducted once I cancel my contract. He sighed in my ear after he sounded like he was not interested in assisting me! I do not understand how does one cancel a contract in Feb then you are liable to pay the contract for 2 months after the cancellation date and yet the contract ends in MARCH! Mfana is a arrogant individual and he should learn more about telephone skills, his attitude big time!
