Not Impressed with Cell C

Dear Cell C.

I have applied for a contract with you on the 30th of January, to which my sim card only arrived today 13 days later - Which is pathetic if you ask me. But the absolute cherry on top here is that i distinctly told you i have an iphone 5!!! guess what sim card you delivered... a big old sim for a nokia 5110. Now what do i do?
