Sim swap

Today was the day that for the 1st time i got messed around by cellc. my contract simcard is broken & called in to do a sim swap. i had to get a micro simcard as i am now using a z10. i called in to 084140 at 12h 00 & was told that before 17h00 i will be conducted to complete the simswap.
i then called in after 14h00 as i use my phone for business, but was told to call back at 16h30. i called back at that time but then got told that in 15 min someone will contact me to complete my request. it is now 21h00 & no1 has contacted me.
i called in to service centre again & was told that the turn around time is 24 - 48 hours. if only this was sid to me earlier then all would be better.
