Cell C
CONTRACT RENEWED AND HANDSET NOT DELIVERED

I called cell C in August 2012 to terminate my contract. The retention depart5ment offered to renew my contract which to. from then up to now the handset has not been delivered been send from one department to another with no respond. They have been debiting my account since October 2012. I have been communicating with all the department and no one seems to know what is going on im so frustated and angry. Kindly assist me.
