Vodacom
My phone is not back from repair since last yea

I bought a vodacom blackberry last year 21st december, and it gave me a problem of freezing n chargin then on the 28th i took it back at GAME store mall of the north polokwane where i bought it, i explained to them and they send me to vodacom repair polokwane, then when i get there i explained n then they said they wil help me. They took the phone and gave me an invoice after they told me that they will contact me, even now m still waiting. Can you help me get my phone back?
