4 weeks without signal. Enough is enough

I have been with Cell C for 12 months now. I have spoken highly of them as a progressive service provider and defended them when ppl complained. I even recommended them to friends and colleagues. Signal has been temperamental and inconsistent but since I predominantly have WiFi I have just got on with life. Over the past 4 weeks however, I have been without any signal at all. Cape town - 2 weeks: Sending Whatsapps takes ages as there is no signal to connect and I was unable to browse for -80% of every day. Out of every 10 calls 9 would be dropped rendering my phone useless. I then went to St Francis Bay for 7 days. Here there was no signal WHATSOEVER. I physically had to switch off cell C in my settings and turn on Vodacom which only gives me Edge at best, but Edge i would happily take over "no service" from Cell C. Today I arrived in JHB and was relieved the signal would return - Yes it did somewhat but today I dropped 14 calls out of 16. I have had enough and the service I am paying for is not being delivered. As such, Cell C are in breach and I would like to terminate ASAP. I have been as patient as I can but this is just too much!
