Pathetic Service

I have been fixing my phone for the last three months and still they have not got it right, plus the service you receive at the store is shocking and everytime I go there it is worse and shocking, went there and spoke to Kavita that couldn't't even greet me as a customer and even joked about it and she was just not interested, and i was there to collect my phone which i had waited an extra week after i had been told that it was fixed and ready, eventually I went to collect the phone which i was also tld that it it is the same refurbished phone that i had sent back only to get there and get a phone that i could not even check if it was working or not since the battery was dead, phone could not charge and was frozen from the time i switched on till i sent it back which was after the weekend, so basically the phone once again was worse than the previous refurbished phone I has got from them. I sent the phone back and asked for my contract to be cancelled, the guy once again was not even wiling to hear why i brought the phone back and just cancelled my coontract. i am still waiting for a call from CelC to confirm that my contract has been cancelled still nothing from them.
