Working shifts and can not turn my phone off or on silent after a 1000 times asking please do not send me messages "sms" they refuse to remove me from there sms system. I always pay my account each month, however they still being childish and constantly sms you. I will pay but at my time that's convenient each month. (sms's at 12pm and 1am) who do you think you are invading people's privacy like that!
Also your accounting system is disappointing one day you sending me an email to say I'm in credit and the next day you sms me to say I need to pay R2K - now what is it?

Its my phone and I'm paying for it, don't think you this big corporate and can abuse your clients' rights! There are people out there that is educated unlike your senior management implementing these systems
