Intermittently BAD internet reception

I have been experiencing regularly BAD reception from my Cell C dongle in the Parklands/Table View area. I bought a package for a year and now I'm stuck with it. I spoke to a computer store salesman who reckons that this is a well-known problem and that Cell C should up their game.
