NO SIGNAL OR RECEPTION OF ANY SORT IN BUNGALOW RD

We have reported this matter 6 times and each time we are told that the problem will be solved, it has now been more that a year and my Cell C phone has very little if any reception in my street! I have 2 handsets on this network and regret ever going over to CELL C - Each time we are told that the problem is being investigated and will be resolved. Well 15 months later and no reception still, only in that area!! in and around Ladysmith Hospital Park
