My worst nightmare... IBurst!!!

January purchased the IBurst wireless USB modem, 2 yr contract!! very EXITED (never had Internet before). after a week, thinking its my computer that needs upgrading, inserted more RAM... problem did not go away. I have 84% free space on my computer. 6th Feb contacted "Support" :i was told to do a to "speedtest" which gave a very poor download and upload speed... yet "connectivity ranged from 70 - 90%, but takes a dive ever so often back to 40 -50% i was told that someone would call me back the next day (i got a reference nr.) No one called, ... i called again . spoke to a different person... made me plug the USB in and out... in and out... thinking this would solve the problem??? told me COULD be a faulty Modem, i must take it to Bryanston to have tested... they are quick to deliver, but once you experience problems they pass the buck and you have to drive after them.. Emailed their offices just to get another Ref. Nr. WOW!...i should feel im being assisted! No one bothers to take responsibility... if i worked for this company, i would resign immediately, stick my head in the sand... they are an embarrasment.
