I purchased a data bundle last year. every month i receive 2gb of data but for february i did not receive this. i called on the 05.02.13 and reported but they say its been investigated. on the 07.02.13 i called again and spoke to monica gregrey and she said its been investigated by cindy ref no 1302070000089347. bu as of that day nobody contacted me. i just want my 2gb and the date be extended buy the days that they are late . i mentioned that it is used for education but nobody seem to care
