I have been trying to change my debit order details for my vodacom account from my bank to my husbands bank for over 3 months now!!
I have faxed and emailed through the required documents at least 5 times!! Each time I realize that they are still debiting my account, I call the call centre and get asked to re-send the documents and its a different document required to be sent to a different email or fax.
Get your processes and procedures in order vodacom, you are so inconsistent!
