No BIS services all day!

Why do us Vodacom customers have no BIS service today? No notification from Vodacom, and when I tried to contact the call centre (082111) I held on for 45mins and got no answer. This is unacceptable, I rely a lot on my BIS service and not having a functioning telephone is cramping my style in a big way!!! I am seriously considering changing my service provider!
