Service with a smile and warmth!!

I had booked in my wife's Blackberry during the busy month of December 2012 (cell no. 0738049855) for repairs. The handset was replaced with a new one when I came for collection. I was served by the most pleasant of agents at the Pietermaritzburg Liberty Mall MTN stall, named Ms Nosihle Maphumulo. She had served me on both occasions. While waiting to see her, I observed how all the time she served every client with a smile. Never in a hurry to see a customer off but taking time to give full details on any query. This was delightful to see. Though I am a Vodacom customer, I have never seen such a wonderful excellence in service! Please compliment Nosihle for me!!
