Awesome and excellent Service

I would like to compliment one of your staff members (waiter) Masilo on his excellent service in dealing with his customers. Myself and my girlfriend had a great time with the lunch we were served and the manner in which Masilo conducted himself was that of professionalism, courtesy and humour. We felt bad in having to send him to the kitchen everytime to get us something, but he did it with a smile, and after telling him how bad we felt, he replied "its ok, it is my job to make sure you leave here with a smile on your face" That is just what a customer, any customer, needs to hear.
My girlfriend and I shop alot, and I must say, we have had numerous amounts of bad service in various stores/restaurants, but Masilo has shown a certain customer service skill that has put a huge smile on our faces. He is truly an asset to the Spur franchise. Keep it up!
