Good service

I went to eat lunch at Wimpy liberty mall, the shop was packed with customers.. I was told that my meal will take longer than usual as the shop was extremely busy, i waited for my food approximately 15min as the customers next to me were starting to complain. Ayanda the waitron kept his cool and served me with a smile and integrity even thought the customers were nagging him but he carried on serving to his best the ability.if i was a mystery shopper i would give them a 100% good service
