Signal issues

I have had major signal issues on my 8ta contract since inception. Nobody can get through to me and calls go straight to voicemail. Messages get delivered days later. I live in the middle of Johannesburg and shouldnt have these problems.

Please advise options in terms of cutting my contract short for service delivery problems, I am paying for a service I dont get. 10 month remaining on the contract.
