Bad Service form Cellc

I have tried to cancel my services with Cell C since 12 Des 2012. After promising that the acount will be closed, I am still paying for a contract that has been expired!

My logic tell me if a contract term comes to end, so that the monthly payment unless other wise indicated by the customer... to my suprize I had to find out that I hvae to call them and cancel the contract< which I did, but I am still pay by DT order!

Nobody, but nobody contact me to give me feedback om my mails!

This is the badest service that I have ever receive form a company. They are eager to upgrade, but no so earger to cancel.

I will never ever deal with Cell C again!!!
