Terrible service never will go with them again

I have a contract phone with cell c on friday my phone seemed blocked so i called up customer service i was on hold for 25 mins till i got thru only for them to tell me to hold again and i wanted to knw y my fone was blocked little did i knw my fone was deacitive and got no help from cell c as was so of i called up 4 other times n hung up every other time no use. never again will i use this service so from now on stuff u guys and i hope customer service gets this and Cindy i hope ur team manager gets this coz if they came on the call friday non of this wid hav happened
