MTN SP A4456962 WAS NOT NOT SUPPOSED TO BE BILLED

I am not happy at all in writing this mail to you.

On 01 January 2013, the beginning of a new year, on a beautiful day, a transaction went through from my account with reference MTN SP A4456962.
I am not familiar at all with this account although I do have an account with MTN, reference number MTN SP A4461654.
Can I please have this reported, stopped, and me refunded.
I really don't understand why would someone enter into persons personal accounts without permission. (Where is MTN's security control)

It's really bad when we experiencing such problems as it causes headaches/stress.

THE LAST TIME YESTERDAY I SPOKE TO A CONSULTANT, SHE ADVISED ME THAT THE REFERENCE NUMBER 95485925 HAS NOTHING, THE ACCOUNT HAS NOT BEEN DEACTIVATED AND I'LL HAVE TO PAY AGAIN BUT I DONT HAVE THIS PHONE WITH ME, CONTRACT WAS CANCELLED LONG AGO.

I HAVE CHATTED TO MTN 808 ON NUMEROUS OCCASION AND WHAT THEY TELL ME IS THAT THEY'VE ADDED NOTES TO MY REFERENCE NUMBER AND SOMEONE WILL BE IN CONTACT WITH ME TOMORROW. EVERYTIME I GET THIS THING TOMORROW THEY CALL YOU BUT THEY NEVER DID UP TO DATE. WAS PROMISED TO BE CREDITED BY NO LATER THAN YESTERDAY. I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO ANY MORE.
