I have been a customer of Altech Autopage for about 6-7 years now, in this time I have never had to complain about their service until now. In July 2012 I upgraded my existing contract, I took a Blackberry 9790 and after a month of use the phone stopped working. I took it to the Blue Route branch in late August/early Sept for assistance, the person who helped me ("Refai") advised that a new handset will be issued seeing that it was just over a month into my new contract. I waited for a few weeks and was told that my phone had liquid damage which i couldnt understand as I havent had water or any fluids go on the phone. So i asked for the phone to be repaired seeing as I couldnt get a replacement, since October 2012 I have sent it away 3 times, even after reluctantly agreeing to pay R300 as it was deemed beyond economic repair. On Sat 09/02/13 I collected my phone only to be told it cannot be fixed at all. Needless to say I am fuming because I have been given the run around, kept my cool despite being jerked around but enough is enough. I pay my account each month and I expect some sort of explanation or I take this further...
