On 15 March I complained about Bluff branch trying to from us, I received a response via e-mail from John Dorys that someone would be contacting me within 54 hours. It's now 3rd April and I'm still waiting. I'm not interested in the generic mail sent to try appease me, call me or mail me and lets sort out the problem, or do I have to take it that John Dorys supports their franchises from customers.
