Bad service and attitude from shop

I gave my phone in for repairs on the 17th of January. I was assured by the shop attendant that i will have my phone back with in 21 days. I took a chance on the 2nd of February to see if my phone was ready and was meat by a very unhelpful shop attendant that gave me attitude saying "we did not let you know the phone was ready". once again I was assured that the phone will be ready with in the 21 days.

Well today the 10th of February is 24 days later. I went to the shop to be met by the same attendant only to be told that the phone is not ready and they don't know when it will be. I told the shop attendant that it is pathetic and the replay "we cant do anything about it, its not us that works on the phones".

As a client I don't appreciate the rude manner I am being treated by, the service I am reserving is pathetic to say the least.
