Applied for iPhone, approved, and then nothing

I applied and was approved for the iPhone 5 package (200 mins, 200 sms, 500 meg data bundle) on 19 Jan 2013. Was told it would take from 7 to 14 working days for delivery. Several phone calls were made to confirm this with 084145 afterwards, and all I heard was: no stock, waiting for stock, stock not being delivered.

Meanwhile, Cell C's website is still promoting the deal, and will continue to do so until 28 Feb, as per comments I saw on their Facebook page. This rather looks like misleading advertising, taking orders for a product you don't have and cannot supply. I would appreciate some confirmation as to where I stand with Cell C currently, will it be supplied or won't it?

Just a footnote, not even your social media service bothered to respond to email sent, I would be very surprised if a response will be generated here.
