BAD ATTITUDE-PETROL ATTENDANT-NAMED JUSTIN-BP QUEE

I was with my brother on Tuesday 15 January 2013 at BP Queenwood at 6h05 .He wanted to fill up his Motorcycle. There was only one attendant to attend to more than 4-5 cars. I walked over to the room where the attendants usually are (if not busy helping clients). One of the attendants' suddenly emerged, and I confronted him by asking him politely if he can please assist the other customers with his service-His arrogant answer was-I'm to tired too help, sorry-and he walked into the shop at BP Queenswood. I have asked his name, and he said it was Justin. This is a very bad attitude and reflection of pathetic service for BP Queenswood, especially from one of its workers. I had a problem a while back in 23 July @5h45 2012 when one of the shop attendants named Lettie was sleeping behind the counter. Francois Jacobz the owner however sorted it out. I just hope this attitude of his petrol attendant will be looked at, and sorted out.
