Disgusting customer service!!

Such a lovely little shop in Parkhurst but what DISGUSTING service from the Manager / owner, Charlene!

I ordered a table from this shop in Parkhurst. I was told it would take 3 weeks but asked if there was any chance I could get it a few days earlier as I was haivng my housewarming and would have been great to complete my house. I was told I would be notified if it would be ready in time - I didn't hear anything so tried to email and call to no avail. I was driving past the shop on my way home on the Saturday so I thought I would just pop in who knows mb it would be ready - just taking a chance. The assistant in the shop didn't even know I had paid my deposit so I asked her to call her boss who I dealt with over email. She called her and then handed the phone to me to speak to her - which I was then BLASTED from a dizzy height from this woman - that she would have called me to tell me the table was ready and she told me it was going to take 3 weeks. Never have I as a customer been spoken to so rudely before! I think its disgusting anybody could ever speak to any customer like that. Even if it wasn't ready she could have just told me nicely.
