False advetising

I applied for a Iphone 5 on the advert on the website for R399 a month over 24 months. I was approved only to be told that there was no stock of the phones. When I enquired as to when the stock would be available, I got a email saying that they had no idea and had not been told. This is a disgrace. I then asked whether it would be days or weeks and got another email saying they don't know. If this is my first taste of Cel C maybe I should reconsider taking a contract after all.
If they false advertise when they don't even have stock what else am I in for? Maybe you should spend less money on adverts and more on stock. Bad service Cel C.
