SHOCKING SERVICE YET AGAIN!

I have been a client of MTN for 15 years. I have never received good service from Autopage but the Hillcrest Branch takes 1st prize for bad service. The attitude of Nitesh leaves a lot to be desired in the first instance but the main reason for appearing on this page is that I went in to the shop a few weeks ago and asked Nitesh to review my contract because there were some services which I no longer required. He advised me that he would remove the sms data bundle and that would reduce my monthly premium by R100. I have just checked my bank statement via internet banking and guess what - yes in true Nitesh style who has a shocking attitude and is NOT CUSTOMER CENTRIC AT ALL, failled to update my contract, the R100 has not been removed. Let's see how quickly this is rectified. A final word - Nitesh is a liability to Autopage and to my provider of service MTN. He doesnt care, he is rude, he gets irritated and he does not follow through on what he commits to do hence my overcharging. Shocking service and he gets away with it and nothing changes!
