I handed my phone in for repairs under warrenty 4 weeks ago.
I was told 7 days to repair.
7 working days later I arrived at the store, to be told "Four more weeks."
I complained there and then. This fell on deaf ears.
Two weeks later to my utter disgust, I was called and tol my phone being repaired under warranty would cost me R2600 odd to repaid. After not accepting this cost, I phoned up head office who said no, this was the cost to repair, but it would not cost me a cent, as it was a warranty job. [Is the franchise trying to make a quick buck? ] They also stated the phone would be delivered to the store in working order the next day.
A week later, the phone still has not arrived. THe store owner and other staff members refuse to keep me up to date with what is happening. I have begged. Pleaded. Lectured on customer service. Nothing.
Trying to phone head office - 8 minutes on hold to just get cut off.

Service provider? No.

Every contract upgrade I've had issues with Altech Autopage... this is the last time.
