Vodacom
All queries on three contracts held were resolved

Sibusiso was the call centre assistant I was transferred to from the switchboard and he spent a lot of time on the phone with me taking me through the several contracts I have with Vodacom and resolving my queries. He was very helpful and intuitive in that he was always one step ahead of me in terms of advise or the effects of changing certain things. He managed to find the problem that I have had for the last few months and revised them. I have called Vodacom many times before and even went to both the Vodashop and Vodacare in Menlyn mall and they were not able to assist me. Sibusiso made sure to also give me the specific details and contact numebrs required to resolve further issues. I hope he receives some sort of recognition from Vodacom because since subscribing with Vodacom since 2000, he has been the most helpful assistant. Thank you
