I walked into Vodashop Hatfield yesterday and while not everyone seemed so enthusiastic to assist me a young lady by the name of Tasia greated me and asked if she could assist me in anyway? I was having issues with my blackberry which she managed to get working again and in the process convinced me to go for the Samsung S4 as I'm long over due for an upgrade. I just wanna say that people are always the first to write a complaint but never compliment! That young woman is truly an asset to Vodacom and I do hope she gets the recognition she deserves!
