Absolutely No Signal!!! Extremely Slow Download

Good Day! For the last two weeks I have been experiencing extremely slow internet to the point now that my 8ta internet is completely useless, I can't even load a web page, there is no signal! I'm on the 8ta 10GB promo, I have phoned the call center, and I did all the trouble shooting with them, I've even un-installed and re-installed the 8ta software, I'm using the Huawei E173 HSPA USB Stick, please I await your response, for if this continues I refuse to pay, and I am well within my consumer rights, I reside in 2 East Street, East Town, Northcliff, which is in 8ta 3G coverage...
