MTN changes world calenda

Telecommunications

First I dialled 173 and all was in Zulu which I did not understand. I pressed some buttons and luckily ended up with someone English speaking. She could not tell me why my settings were on Zulu.

This is not about my number above, but about another number - prepaid. How can MTN decide to change the world calendar and let an expiry date expire barely before the day even started? And then does not even bother to tell anybody those rules to their clients either. I had been burnt before and this time watched it. I would not have imagined in my wildest dreams that MTN managed to burn me again. The expiry date for my airtime was 07/02/2013 which right now is still busy ticking for more than 6h to go. You decides however that the day ended already early this morning just after 06/02 had passed. This info was given to me by a SV after the normal agent told me expired at 12h00 noon. So 2 people, 2 answers, both wrong. I have been with MTN for all my cell live (so has my wife) - direct or indirectly, but I had enough now. I am amazed that this daylight is legal, if it actually is.
