False advertising regarding LTE network

I purchased an LTE internet stick today from CellC in Canal Walk and was told that I would get LTE coverage in the area that I live (Gardens in Cape Town).

At home, I plugged it in but am only getting the normal 3G signal. I phoned CellC support and was then told that in fact the LTE network hasn't been launched yet (?!) So I would't be able to pick up the LTE signal. They also couldn't tell me when I would be able to. I am absolutely furious that I was sold this thing (and it is an expensive package too; I wouldn't have bought it if it wasn't for the LTE offering) - no one in the store told me that it actually wouldn't work. Furthermore, the website advertises these LTE packages as being for sale and shows maps of the network coverage.

This to me is a breach of contract as I was sold this device under false pretenses and would never have taken it if I'd known that it would't work. How can CellC knowingly sell these to their customers without being honest?
