ARRANGEMENTS BEEN BROKEN

We never received an account and was not aware of the medical non payment. Currently out of the blue the accounts dept phoned and I made arrangements to pay it off... the first month I made half of amount owed. the second month the acc dept phoned again for the payment and I made arrangements to pay it as soon as I receive my salary during the end of the month but not later than the 7th of the next month. it is now precisely one week and a half before end of the month and she handed me over to a dept collector. Very upset. I WILL NOT PAY THE EXTRA AMOUNT!!! I had an arrangement!
