My account has been R500 per month for the last year. Suddenly this month it is R5000! How come they don't protect us by capping? It was data downloads apparently, but I download every month, and it has never cost R5000 per month!!! If someone can hack a a phone and download data, will I be liable? I have spoken to a lot of people at Vodacom to help me, but everyone is very unhelpful and only says "its data". I know that! What I don't know is how it is even possible!!! Look at my history! Can SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!!! How am I going to recover financially, shouldn't the Consumer Protection protect me against places like Vodacom to cap an account?
