After cancelling my fiber line on the 27th of April due to no internet access I had to contact them again to speak to them about no connection. After speaking with a consultant via the phone and guiding me on the clientzone app, the consultant reassured me that the line was cancelled - to date they are still taking the debit order off. After various calls to various consultants I have been told I will not get a credit. After asking for a manager to contact me - this seems non existent in Afrihost. They are quick to call you but it seems as soon as you tell them your problem they become disengaged in helping you out. I think this is grossly unfair and unethical. And to top it all they said they would credit me R60 from my last debit order for the three days of no internet, that did not transpire either. Very quick to take money but not quick to deal with issues
