I paid for fingerprints and still didn't get them

On Tuesday, the 2nd of December, I went to Lenz to do my fingerprints. It was late, around 6 pm, and I didn't have an ID. The lady said I must have an ID, and I understood. The following day, on Wednesday, I did it with an ID. It was a standard process that takes 24-48 hours.

On Thursday, I called and spoke with a gentleman who said he was still waiting for my results from HURU. That was fine. Then, on Friday, I called because it had been 48 hours. I spoke with a lady who, with an attitude, said there was a blackout with HURU since the 29th, and they couldn't get our results. I asked how and when I was going to get the results. She told me she didn't know and that I must call HURU. I asked for the numbers, and she told me I could Google them. I told her that she couldn't tell me that because I don't know HURU. I paid you guys, and you told me they are a third party. I must contact them. I hung up.

Later, I called again, and another lady said they were still waiting. I asked for HURU's numbers, and she gave me the number for Johannesburg Hospital (0115934491). After this, I called again and spoke with a man who at least spoke with me nicely. He asked for my numbers, and even now, I'm still waiting for my call.

What is painful is that there has been no communication from them from the first day until now.
