My Cell phone switched off on the 23rd of December 2012 due to work and December holidays couldn't book the phone in. On the 2nd of January i took my cell phone to Cell C in SANDTON and they booked my phone for repairs, to date i still don't have my phone and there's been feed back on why and whats happening. yet monthly they take R300 for the contract for a phone i am not even using. they didn't give me a temporary phone to use whiles i wait yet i am expected to pay them monthly for services i don't use. it is really sad that a company of this size failing to satisfy nor meet clients needs. I'm by far disappointed and irritated as they still don't know when i will get my phone back says the manager.
