Where Is My Phone

I'm utterly disgusted by the service at Cell C Sandton, I booked my phone in on the 23rd of October 2013 for repairs. I still haven't received the phone as there has been so many issues firstly Raeej who's a consultant there lost my claim form that C surance was supposed to get I only realised this after I called the insurance company. I had to go back in store to redo a claim form, pay the excess which I did. The insurance company tells me that the phone has not been booked. I went back to cell c telling them of this problem, they claimed to have located the phone and issued immediate repairs, today when I called they told me that they don't know where the phone is. I'm no happy with the service at all, it seems like my phone has been I need answers otherwise the Police will have to get involved!!!
