Hopeless and disapointed

This is my second compalain to cell c, I have coplained about cell c debiting from my accont and till now a havent got any feedback from anyone and. All i need is fo them to tell me how long will it take them to resolve this matter, and for them to stop debiting from my account because i do not have a contract and will never be their client because of the poor sevrice and bad attitude i got from thei consultant Sandros Mohlongo.
