Still no response

I received a response from mtn- in a format that makes absolutely no sense. I asked for someone to please contact me to explain what it means- I am still waiting. What a surprise. And just for your information- after receiving the response from mtn, where I am supposedly using mymtn to access the internet, I phoned their data response people, and I am not actually using mymtn, but [URL Removed] Waiting to hear what I am doing wrong next.
