Vodacom No Internet coverage in major town

On December 21st 2012 we moved into our new house in Gordons Bay, only to discover Vodacom signal/internet is very bad.
It keeps jumping from Edge to 3G to HSDPA and keeps getting disconnected. Went on Holiday after Christmas so was to busy to call and report. On the 21st of Jan 2013 I logged a call ref: S3-SEH8K-KFH and was told someone will come out and checked the signal or will get back to me within 48 hours. No one ever did and kept on struggling on with very little connectivity. On the 4th of Feb 2012 I called again and after insisting to speak to a supervisor and being refused to I eventually spoke to a Shaun at the call centre. He told me they will get back to me. That same afternoon Megan phoned and asked if the signal is better. I said yes, because that day it was ok, not great but ok. It lasted for only a couple hours and been non existing since. Tonight at 19:50 I called again and after 16min on the line with a voice prompt saying next available consultant ... (costing me money from my MTN line) I decided to come here>
So what am I to do, or am I just being left at the mercy of VODACOM?
